From 300 to 800 pistons per hour, both Manual and Automatic machines for application of anti-friction coatings to automotive and diesel pistons. Manual piston coating systems can be either computerized or relay logic.

Piston Coating Systems are either Manual or Automatic systems.  Manual systems are loaded by hand, and the piston coating application is also hand operated.

An Automatic piston coating system can load and unload all of the piston processing equipment, without any manual intervention.  Our fully automated systems can have one operators screen for operation and control, and use only one operator for monitoring the system.
